We are immensely proud to celebrate the outstanding achievement of our alumnus, Dr. Akashdeep Sharma (Batch of 2014), who has been honoured with the prestigious NOST–Anthem Biosciences Best Thesis Award 2025 by the National Organic Symposium Trust (NOST).
Dr. Sharma’s doctoral research at IIT Jammu on “Synthesis and Applications of Unprotected Alkynyl Hydrazones” has been recognized among the top twelve Ph.D. theses nationwide. The award includes a cash prize of ₹25,000 and a certificate of recognition, marking a proud moment for the entire Spring Dales family.
From his early learning years at Spring Dales English School, Kathua, to higher studies at Hindu College (Delhi University), University of Jammu, and finally IIT Jammu, Dr. Sharma’s journey is an inspiration for every young learner aspiring for excellence in science and research.
