Today was a day of pride and inspiration at Spring Dales English School, Kathua, as two of our distinguished alumni — Lieutenant Commander Kanav Mahajan and Sarv Rashi Mahajan — returned to their alma mater to motivate the next generation of Dalians! ![]()
Lieutenant Commander Kanav Mahajan, a serving officer in the Indian Navy, addressed the Non-Medical, Arts, and Commerce students, sharing his remarkable journey from the classrooms of Spring Dales to the decks of the Indian Navy. His words ignited a spirit of patriotism, discipline, and dedication — reminding students that service to the nation is among the highest callings. ![]()

Sarv Rashi Mahajan, currently pursuing her MBBS at Acharya Shri Chandra College of Medical Sciences, Jammu, inspired the Medical stream students with her insights into the world of medicine. Her story — from winning academic accolades and excelling in school to donning the white coat — beautifully reflected her belief that “success is born from perseverance, empathy, and the courage to serve humanity.” ![]()

Both alumni spoke about the importance of discipline, dedication, and dreaming big — values deeply rooted in their Spring Dales upbringing.
We are incredibly proud of our shining stars — Lt Cdr Kanav Mahajan and Sarv Rashi Mahajan — for continuing to make their alma mater proud and for inspiring our students to aim high and serve with heart.
