Spring Dales English School, Changran, Kathua has once again brought laurels to the region by achieving a historic third consecutive selection at the prestigious Jigyasa AeroFest 2025, organized by CSIR–National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL), Bengaluru. The event is one of India’s most competitive national-level aerospace science festivals, where only the Top 20 school teams from across the country are selected. This remarkable achievement marks a hat-trick of national recognition for Spring Dales, following its successful participation in AeroFest 2023, 2024, and now 2025, firmly establishing the school as a consistent performer on the national STEM platform.

The Spring Dales team delivered an exceptional performance at AeroFest 2025, securing multiple top positions against some of the finest schools in India by winning the First Prize in Project Presentation on the theme “The Sky Without Limits: UAVs Empowering Modern Aviation” and the First Prize for the Science Article on Lab Visit, along with Second Prizes in the Cultural Competition, Paper Aircraft Modelling showcasing their excellence across academics, creativity, and practical aeronautical skills. The school was represented by Vidhan (Class 9), Ishanvi (Class 11) and Shashank (Class 10). The team was ably mentored by Principal, Ms. Pooja Mahajan, whose guidance and dedication played a pivotal role in the students’ success. Founder Chairman and Director Prof. R.K. Gupta and CMD Mr. Arvind Mahajan expressed immense pride in the students and mentors, stating that such achievements reaffirm Spring Dales’ commitment to innovation-driven education, scientific temperament, and national-level excellence.

As part of the AeroFest, students visited the advanced laboratories of CSIR–NAL and DRDO, interacted with leading aerospace scientists, and participated in activities such as aero-modelling, aircraft design, technical presentations, and flying challenges, providing unparalleled exposure to real-world aerospace science.
